The drive for sustainable municipal service delivery aims to ensure that municipalities render their respective and mandated community services in the most efficient, effective and economical manner. This is further imperative so to ensure that future generations also receive the necessary basic community services without irregular service interruptions at any point in time. Therefore, the management of key municipal assets such as infrastructure and community assets become vital so to ensure that communities are adequately serviced and municipalities are always in a position to bill the customers for continuous revenue generation to fund repairs and maintenance in the most proactive manner as practically possible.
